CONTROL VALVES
Our range of control valves include pneumatic type actuator, electrical type actuator, start and stop valve, relief valves, flow control valves, non-return valve, and pressure regulators.

Pneumatic Operated Valve
A pneumatic Operated valve also known as Pneumatic valve, the compressed gas starts to push against the piston or diaphragm walls which causes the valve to actuate.

Electrical Type Actuator
A Rare Earth Permanent Magnet DC motor fitted with a planetary gear head unit consists of 5 stage 0.2 & 0.3 modules of gears with a Linear output.

Start & Stop Valve
These are typically two solenoid coil wounded in a bobbin at the different winding directions of one after another. It has two power sources, one is for the open coil & another one is for the close coil. If the open coil is energized, the valve gets open, and it remains open even the electrical supply is removed. This because of the latching effect of the magnets. The valve can get closed while giving the electrical supply to the closed coil. The operating pressure may vary since these are customized ones.

Relief Valves
A 3 port valve and the inlet & outlet port vent port are introduced to release the excess pressure. The function of this valve is to limit or control the pressure until the set pressure is reached. In further, the safety valve removes the extra pressure. The operating pressure may vary since these are customized ones.

Flow Control Valves
These are electromechanical valves that allow the pressure to outlet port based on the electrical input. These kinds of the valve remain open condition until we remove the electrical input. The operating pressure may vary since these are customized ones.

Non-Return Valve
It is a two-port valve, one for pressure inlet and another one is pressure outlet. This kind of valve is also known as a one-way valve reflux valve, a retention valve. The operating pressure may vary since these are customized ones.

Pressure Regulators
A valve controls the pressure gases by reducing a high input pressure to control lower output pressure. Thus, they maintain a constant output pressure when there are inlet pressure fluctuations. However, the operating pressure may vary since these are customized ones.
