Overview
When conveying abrasive or viscous materials, standard steel return rollers may suffer from wear or unwanted material buildup. Our specialized rollers are designed to address these issues with a helical spiral of non-abrasive rings that clean the belt surface and prevent sticky material from accumulating. Ideal for use in the return section of short conveyors, these rollers help maintain belt tracking and reduce vibration. For long conveyors, they should be installed up to the point where material adhesion ceases. Note that these rollers are not suitable as snub rollers near drive or return drums.
