Wall-mounted jib crane with cantilever girder boom with tie rods and electric rotation, with capacity up to 2000 kg

The wall-mounted jib crane with 270° electrical rotation meets the needs of industrial applications or operations where the consistency of loads or thrust forces cannot be coped with by conventional cranes with manual rotation.

The girder of this jib crane is self-supporting and cantilevered, without using tie rods. Boom rotation depends on a gear motor/coupling system connected to the rotation pin and is regulated by an inverter. The planetary gear is driven by a self-braking electric motor with soft start. Flame-resistant flexible cables, suspended on trolleys sliding under the boom, form the electrical line that powers the hoist trolley. The wall-mounted jib crane, with 270° electrical rotation, is supplied complete with a push-button strip hanging from the hoist or sliding independently, as required.

Rotation limit switches can be installed if the boom tilting range needs to be limited.
